We are looking for an experienced Automation Expert to streamline and optimize business processes through workflow automation and system integrations. The role requires advanced hands-on expertise in Zapier, Zoho, and Go High Level (GHL) to build, maintain, and enhance automations that drive operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Automation & Integration

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end automations using Zapier, Zoho, and GHL.
  • Connect and integrate CRMs, marketing platforms, communication tools, and third-party applications.
  • Develop scalable workflows for lead management, client onboarding, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure automation reliability by testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting workflows.

System Optimization & Customization

  • Customize and configure Zoho CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Build advanced campaigns, funnels, and triggers in Go High Level (GHL).
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend automation-driven solutions.
  • Keep automation logic and documentation up to date for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, customer success) to analyze requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Provide training and support to staff for using automated systems effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate automation tools and suggest improvements or new integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Automation Expert / CRM Automation Specialist / Workflow Automation Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Zapier (multi-step workflows, filters, conditions, custom webhooks).
  • Zoho (CRM customization, automation workflows, reports, API integrations).
  • Go High Level (GHL) (funnels, pipelines, triggers, campaigns, automation sequences).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to additional automation platforms (e.g., Make/Integromat, HubSpot, Slack integrations).
  • Basic technical knowledge of databases or scripting (SQL, JavaScript, Python).
  • Experience in designing automation strategies for scaling businesses.
