We are seeking a talented
AI Automation & GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert
to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing automation systems for coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses. If you're passionate about leveraging automation tools to drive business growth and have hands-on experience with
GoHighLevel
and AI-driven marketing solutions, we'd love to meet you

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage automation workflows in
    GoHighLevel (GHL)
    , including campaigns, funnels, pipelines, triggers, and contact segmentation.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel follow-up flows (SMS, email, WhatsApp, voice) to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Work with

    and
    n8n
    for workflow orchestration, CRM & calendar automation, and API integrations.
  • Set up and optimize
    Voice AI agents
    and
    chatbots
    (ManyChat, Botpress, Voiceflow) for lead engagement and sales conversion.
  • Continuously test and refine automated systems to improve lead nurturing, conversion, and overall campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience with
    GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Strong understanding of
    marketing funnels
    and
    lead nurturing
    strategies.
  • Familiarity with
    Voice AI
    agents and
    chatbot
    platforms.
  • Experience in designing multi-channel
    lead follow-up flows
    (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice).
  • Solid grasp of
    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    and using automation to increase sales conversions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and suggest improvements for better automation performance.
