Project Manager
to join our growing team at

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web design and development workflows, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee web design, development, and SEO projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinate between clients and the internal team to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of developers, designers, and SEO specialists.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.
  • Manage workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Slack) to track progress and manage communication.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and contribute to improving internal workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in project management (preferably in a web agency or software house).
  • Strong understanding of
    WordPress
    ,
    web design principles
    ,
    SEO
    , and basic knowledge of
    frontend & backend technologies
    .
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
