Technical Project Manager

About the Role

BiTech Digital is an AI-powered development agency building custom solutions for global clients. We're looking for a senior Technical PM & Full Stack Developer for a project-based revenue-share partnership - you'll earn 15% of each project's total value.

What You'll Do

Solution Architecture & Planning (40%)

• Design system architectures from client requirements

• Research APIs, integrations, and technical solutions

• Create technical specifications and propose optimal tech stacks

• Present architectural plans for review and refinement

Project Management (20%)

• Lead client discovery calls and requirement gathering

• Communicate progress, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage scope and ensure on-time delivery

Development (40%)

• Build full-stack applications using MERN stack

• Leverage AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) for efficient development

• Implement AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude API, RAG systems, vector databases)

• Write clean, maintainable, scalable code

Required Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years full-stack development experience

• Expert-level MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , )

• Strong portfolio of complex web applications you've architected

• Experience with , TypeScript, modern React patterns

• Database design proficiency (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

• RESTful API design and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Railway)

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

• Understanding of RAG systems and vector databases

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants

• Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation

15% of total project value

Examples:

• $2,000 project = $300

• $5,000 project = $750

• $10,000 project = $1,500

Potential monthly earnings:

• 2-3 projects/month = $600-$2,250

• 4-5 projects/month = $1,200-$3,750

• Higher-value projects = Even more
