Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Generate, manage, and convert your own sales leads and pipeline.
  • Approach and meet prospective customers to present our products and services.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of IP-Tel's communication and IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in telecom, IT, or B2B sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
