Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated
Junior Flutter Developer
with at least
1+ year of hands-on experience
in mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in
OOP, DSA, and mobile development fundamentals
, along with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform applications using
Flutter & Dart
, while learning and growing under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using
    Flutter & Dart
    .
  • Design and implement new features based on product requirements.
  • Maintain, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance.
  • Collaborate with
    UI/UX designers, backend developers, and PMs
    to deliver user-friendly products.
  • Integrate
    APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries
    into applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience
    in mobile app development.
  • Strong foundation in
    OOP, DSA, and mobile development concepts
    .
  • Practical experience with
    Flutter & Dart
    (at least one published project or app preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    state management tools
    (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX).
  • Knowledge of databases (
    SQLite, Firebase
    ) and API integration.
  • Good understanding of
    debugging, optimization, and app performance
    .
  • Strong
    communication and teamwork skills
    .
  • Knowledge of
    native Android (Java/Kotlin)
    or
    iOS (Swift)
    is a plus.
