We're Hiring: Technical Solutions Specialist (DOT NET, JAVA, REACT)

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist - Full Stack Developer

Who can confidently represent our technical expertise in client meetings, defend solution approaches, and help close projects for a US-based client.

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack developer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly discussions — while working hands-on with Dot NET, C# technologies.

Position Details:

Role: Technical Solutions Specialist (React, & .NET, C#)

Location: Islamabad, I-10/3 (Onsite/Hybrid)

Work Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT

Language Requirement: Fluent English (C1/C2 level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and defend technical proposals during client meetings.
  • Present and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to align client needs with deliverables.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest tech trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and solution blueprints for client approvals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dot NET.
  • Proven track record of leading technical discussions with clients.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (C1/C2).
  • Ability to work during US daytime hours.

Work directly with US-based teams and high-profile clients.
