Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee, located in Peshawar. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and performing various accounting, financial and admin tasks. Daily tasks may include keeping a full check on deadlines, communication with compliance and UK team, communication with clients, administration tasks, payroll processing and many more tasks. The Management Trainee will also be involved in supporting senior accountants and participating in training sessions to develop their skillset. There is also an opportunity for progression to Accountant based on your performance.

Qualifications

  • Basic accounting and admin skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of payroll
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous internship or experience in accounting/admin is a plus
