We are looking for a talented
SEO Specialist
to join our Karachi team. The right candidate will be an expert in SEO strategies, strong in communication, and capable of generating insightful reports that drive decision-making.

Job Summary

As an SEO Specialist, you will manage SEO campaigns for both
Stately Digital Solutions
and our international clients. You will handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, track performance, and deliver action-oriented insights to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple industries.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply best practices for on-page SEO.
  • Optimise website structure, metadata, and content for higher rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, site speed, schema compliance).
  • Execute ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Generate detailed SEO performance reports with insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
  • Manage local SEO campaigns where applicable.

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).
  • Strong ability to create analytical, data-driven reports with actionable insights.
  • Understanding of content strategy and keyword optimisation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
