We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core accounting functions and provides exposure to various financial processes within the organization. The selected candidate will support daily operations and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process daily bank payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Verify vendor GST invoices for accuracy and compliance before posting into the system.
  • Prepare and dispatch GST-compliant invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Conduct bank visits for deposits, withdrawals, and other financial coordination as required.
  • Record and allocate daily expenses by posting entries into accounting software through BPV (Bank Payment Vouchers), CPV (Cash Payment Vouchers), and JV (Journal Vouchers).
  • Assist the accounts department in day-to-day operations and overall documentation.

Key Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quick book, ERP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounts or Finance.
