Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing brand presence and managing multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and consistency.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute engaging content strategies for all social media platforms.
  • Create and publish high-quality posts, stories, videos, and reels tailored to brand objectives.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interaction with followers to maintain engagement.
  • Monitor platform insights, track analytics, and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and viral formats to increase reach and visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand goals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain brand aesthetics and ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
