Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the full marketing lifecycle of our commercial real estate developments, from concept creation to final handover to clients and tenants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing budgets of PKR 100M-300M per project, driving strategic campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI in terms of Sales and Occupancy or Tenancy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning & Budget Leadership

Define project-specific marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets exceeding PKR 100M+per project with accountability for spend and returns.

Set performance benchmarks, monitor ROI, and optimize allocations across media, digital, PR, and events.

  1. End-to-End Project Marketing

Lead the entire marketing lifecycle: concept branding, pre-launch campaigns, official launch, leasing/sales marketing, and handover support.

Shape the brand identity, positioning, and storytelling of each project in collaboration with design and sales teams.

Oversee development of branding collaterals, digital presence, brochures, events, and PR coverage.

  1. Campaign Execution & Market Penetration

Design and execute integrated campaigns (360°) across offline and digital platforms.

Collaborate with creative agencies, digital marketers, and media planners to maximize visibility and lead generation.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine strategies.

  1. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Collaborate with Sales, Leasing, Development, and Finance teams to ensure full alignment of marketing strategy with business objectives.

Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen marketing execution.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and PR consultants.

  1. Handover & Customer Experience

Drive communication and branding support during project completion and handover to tenants/investors.

Lead post-handover engagement campaigns to reinforce brand loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from top tier Universities

4+ years of product management and Brand experience. Real Estate Experience is preferred

Demonstrated success in managing project marketing budgets of PKR 100M+ and managing advertising and creative agencies.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand building, PR, and BTL/ATL activations.

Excellent financial management skills with focus on ROI.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end project cycles under strict timelines.
