Parker Russell Lahore office is hiring an Office Admin for its UAE based (Offshore) client located in Gulberg, Lahore.

The reporting specialist will design reporting structure for various dynamic reports and combine them in relative dashboards while providing insight for major concerns and trends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create database system using different data sources (Mainly Excel),
  • Build a dynamic reporting system using PowerBi tool,
  • Ensure timely update of the reports / build an update workflow,
  • Publish and maintain proper authority structure,
  • Integrate PowerBi reporting with Oracle ERP,
  • Perform analysis / trend analysis tasks (Excel or PowerBi)
  • Track KPIs and metrics relevant to business operations

Qualification required:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Data Analytics / Data Science
  • Computer Science / Information Technology /Statistics / Mathematics
  • Business Administration with a strong focus on Data Analytics or MIS (Management Information Systems)
  • A Master's degree (optional but advantageous) in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields would be a plus.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Power Automate is a plus,
  • Proficient in PowerBi tool,
  • Moderate knowledge of SQL & Python
