Position: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary: QAR 3,000 – 3,500 (based on profile)

About the Role

Leaders Training Centre is seeking passionate and qualified Accounting & Finance Trainers to deliver lectures and mentoring for students pursuing ACCA, CMA, CFS, and related finance certifications. This role focuses on building strong academic and professional foundations in areas such as Management Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, and Performance Measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online and on-campus lectures for ACCA, CMA, and CFS programs.
  • Teach specialized modules including Management Accounting, Financial Management, Performance Measurement, and Auditing.
  • Guide students in exam preparation, practice questions, and career development.
  • Develop, review, and update study materials and lesson plans.
  • Provide assessments, feedback, and academic support tailored to learners' needs.
  • Stay up to date with syllabus changes, exam formats, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and participate in academic discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional qualifications: ACCA, CMA, CIMA, CFS, or equivalent (Affiliate/Member status preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance (teaching/training experience preferred).
  • Strong subject expertise in Management Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, and Performance Measurement.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools and software (SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Passion for teaching and motivating students towards professional success.
