We are looking for "Textile Finishing Supervisor", you will be responsible for supervising the final processing stages of various fabrics including Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. You'll ensure that all finishing operations are completed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day finishing activities across multiple fabric types
  • Ensure smooth operation of finishing machines and team productivity
  • Monitor fabric quality throughout the finishing process
  • Coordinate with quality control and production planning departments
  • Train and guide finishing staff to meet daily targets
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the finishing area
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Prepare daily production and performance reports

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in textile fabric finishing
  • Practical knowledge of finishing processes for shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Good understanding of machinery and fabric behavior during finishing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Matric or higher education (Diploma in textile will be a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
