Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive (International Recruitment) to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting healthcare professionals for U.S. clients and will play a key role in managing recruitment pipelines, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with U.S. HR standards and employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR files and documentation for all employees, ensuring compliance with agency and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with U.S. clients to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Ensure that employment classifications (W2, 1099, etc.) and HR processes comply with U.S. standards.
  • Prepare offer letters, maintain employee records, and assist with ongoing HR support activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal HR, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in professional English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in international recruitment, preferably for U.S.-based roles (healthcare recruitment experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with U.S. HR systems, employment classifications (W2, 1099), and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software/tools.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (to align with U.S. business hours).
