About Us:

Pexdel helps businesses grow their online presence with proven SEO and digital marketing strategies. We are expanding our internal team and looking for a Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and attendance sheets.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, warnings, and HR documentation.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with department heads for performance evaluations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job posting platforms.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
