HRSG SSP is currently looking for "Procurement & Budget Officer" for one of their reputable client.

JOB Summary
To support the Security & Market Safety team in managing departmental budgets and procurement operations. The role ensures financial accuracy, cost control, and timely execution of purchases, while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external vendors. It also contributes to process improvements, supports contract and vendor management, and assists with administrative documentation and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate annual budget planning, monthly actualization, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and financial targets.
- Monitor and track budget utilization, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial discipline.
- Liaise with vendors and procurement teams to obtain quotations, prepare and route purchase requests, raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs), perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and ensure timely invoice acknowledgment and PO closure.
· Manage the RFQ process, support vendor bidding and evaluation, assist in shortlisting vendors, and coordinate the creation and execution of contract agreements, while maintaining organized records of all procurement documentation.
- Maintain and update budget, procurement, and KPI trackers using Excel, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and finance processes, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Support cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for savings or efficiency in procurement and spending.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts related to budget tracking, procurement workflows, and reporting formats.
- Manage the departmental communication calendar, send scheduled communications, and support documentation and reporting through PowerPoint and Word.
- Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews and leadership updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in budgeting, procurement coordination, or financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP and Coupa is a strong advantage.
