Job Summary:

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders (PO) using Microsoft Dynamics, preparing vendor comparisons, and managing communications with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers and prepare detailed vendor comparisons.
  • Communicate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor details, purchase terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office.
