Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in screening nurses, managing job postings, assigning tasks to recruiters, handling onboarding documentation, and maintaining close coordination with our US-based operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screening calls with nurses and healthcare candidates to evaluate suitability.

  • Post jobs on various job boards and social media platforms in line with ongoing requirements.

  • Assign job openings to recruiters and monitor their progress to ensure timely submissions.

  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation, including credentialing, offer letters, and compliance paperwork.

  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems (ATS/Excel) with accurate information.

  • Work closely with the US team to align on requirements, priorities, and candidate status updates.

  • Support HR and recruitment teams in maintaining records, reports, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or healthcare staffing preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online job portals.

  • Ability to work onsite during US night shift hours.

  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
