About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination for our growing offshore staffing company. This individual will be the driving force behind identifying exceptional talent, managing the hiring pipeline, and ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various BPO and offshore staffing roles (Accounting, Admin Support, Customer Service, IT, etc.)

  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases to build a high-quality candidate pipeline.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain a strong talent pool for recurring offshore staffing requirements.

HR Operations & Coordination

  • Manage offer letters, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Maintain organized HR records and candidate databases.

  • Support HR processes like attendance tracking, employee communication, and performance follow-ups.

  • Act as the bridge between internal management and offshore staff for coordination and engagement.

Industry Research & Employer Branding

  • Stay updated on BPO and staffing trends to refine recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to promote job openings and company culture on social platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within the BPO / offshore staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of global trends and talent sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several open positions simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience handling US, UK, or Australian client staffing needs.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
