We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Mehran Town, Karachi. In this entry-level position, you'll be instrumental in supporting our financial operations by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a strong understanding of financial principles, a knack for numbers, and a desire to learn and grow within the finance department. You'll work closely with senior team members, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling discrepancies.

* Support the Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

* Conduct basic data entry and analysis to support financial forecasting and budgeting.

* Help with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

* Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is highly preferred.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Familiarity with financial software odoo will be a plus
