Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling graphics, packaging designs, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding team to develop eye-catching campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
  • Design and produce attractive and informative packaging for our condiment products, ensuring they stand out on store shelves.
  • Develop engaging visuals for digital and print marketing materials, including labels, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency in design across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring our brand's visual integrity.
  • Transform creative concepts into striking visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences, incorporating these insights into designs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including branding, marketing, research & development, and sales, to understand the design needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintaining of proper, organized, accurate and most up-to-date artwork source files.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and expertise in packaging design and promotional materials.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities, including the ability to present and explain design concepts.
  • Attention to details and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
