𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Assist in designing social media posts, banners, infographics, and ad creatives.
  • Support the team in creating presentations, marketing materials, and branding assets.
  • Learn and apply design principles to maintain brand identity and consistency.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for day-to-day tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts.
  • Explore AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Freepik, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.) for creative experimentation.
  • Stay updated on design trends, styles, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain proper file management and documentation of creative assets.
  • Adapt feedback from seniors into design improvements and refinements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects with attention to detail and quality.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • 2 or plus years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Interest in AI tools for design & visual experimentation is a plus.
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A portfolio (academic or freelance projects acceptable) showcasing creativity and design potential.
