We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Call Center Agents to handle outbound calls and represent our company's services professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Present and promote company services effectively.
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident, energetic, and motivated personality.
  • Prior experience in call center or telemarketing preferred (Freshers can also apply).
  • Comfortable with office-based work.
  • Basic computer skills required.
