Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:

  • To ensure achievement of assigned business targets as per the defined deadlines;
  • To improve branch deposit portfolio with special focus on deposit mobilization, CASA, enhancement in fee income and cross sell initiatives, thereby increasing branch`s profitability;
  • Explore potential customers for extending lending facilities as well as trade business in line with approved parameters;
  • To initiate daily sessions on business momentum and target achievement with BDOs / Frontline staff;
  • Portfolio Analysis of the Branch, identifying the stagnant customer base and drive the deepening of multiple products selling;
  • Marketing of NTBs along with retention of existing assets and liabilities relationships;
  • Discover opportunities for cross selling of bank's products and services in line with customer's needs;
  • Achieve and maintain high service quality standards by ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints & queries;
  • To Monitor the Branch upkeep to enhance customer experience;
  • To ensure compliance of regulatory framework with special focus on KYC/AML parameters;
  • To conduct periodic sessions with branch staff and Operations Support Team to review key operational risks and efficiency level;
  • Should have Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal, management and communication skills;
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Must have thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures;
  • Strong understanding of Islamic banking's regulations & product offering.

Qualification:

Preferably Masters or at least bachelor's degree from a reputed university. Certification in Islamic Banking (NIBAF) shall be an added advantage.

Experience:
