As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our growing team to manage and coordinate all technical and administrative aspects of our quotation and project support process. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and compliant proposal preparation while supporting our sales team and collaborating with internal departments.

Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate technical and commercial quotations while collaborating with sales representatives to gather client requirements. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and delivery timelines, ensuring timely and professional communication. Additionally, you will monitor the status of quotations and assist in converting them into confirmed orders. Your role will also involve compiling comprehensive tender and bidding documents to align with client specifications and internal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support role.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
