Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a passion for finding the right people to help drive our organization's success.

As a HR Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments or technical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Assist in recruitment drives and bulk hiring initiatives as required.
  • Prepare and share offer letters, employment documentation, and other recruitment-related correspondence.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship or full-time).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs70,000.00 per month
