Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Data/Recruitment Co-Ordinator based in Rawalpindi. We are looking for an organised and motivated HR Data / Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our growing team. Our company provides professional recruitment and immigration services to UK employers, supporting them in hiring international talent across a range of sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process — from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to conducting initial interviews and preparing candidate profiles for client review. You will also support visa and compliance processes by completing relevant forms and maintaining accurate HR and recruitment data.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms and social media channels.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule initial interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and readiness.
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and forward shortlisted profiles to clients.
- Maintain recruitment and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with visa and immigration documentation, including completing online visa forms and ensuring all supporting documents are in order.
- Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and visa process.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on recruitment activity and candidate progress.
About You
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and online recruitment tools.
- Professional and client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Desirable
- Experience working in an international recruitment or immigration setting.
- Familiarity with visa processes or right-to-work documentation.
- Knowledge of ATS or CRM systems.
