Job Opening – Finance Assistant

Location: Gujranwala

Education: B.Com/BBA Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Finance Assistant Cum Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day banking and finance-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect daily bank balances and credit entries from all company bank accounts

· Prepare cheques, RTGS forms, and other relevant banking documentation

· Manage and maintain the stock and filing of deposit slips

· Maintain and update cheque book records

· Operate and monitor bank portals for transactions and verifications

· Provide updates to relevant groups and departments regarding financial transactions

· Ensure accurate and timely updating of financial records and reports

· Handle party payments and related record entries

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· Minimum 0.6 – 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Familiarity with banking procedures and financial documentation

· Proficiency in MS Excel and finance-related software

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
