Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Takaful Assistant Manager at the Gujranwala Branch of Askari Life Assurance Company Ltd. The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for managing Takaful operations within the branch, maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards, and assisting in the growth of the Takaful business. Additional tasks include identifying and onboarding new clients, developing relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the implementation of efficient and customized Takaful solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and communication to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and identifying growth opportunities in the Takaful or financial services sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Takaful principles and practices, including regulatory compliance and processes.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage workflows, track progress, and address operational challenges effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office tools and software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
