Job Overview

We're seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in

building robust, large-scale platforms. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in developing

secure, high-performance systems, preferably in fintech or related industries involving complex

transactions and user-centric applications. This role involves designing, implementing, and

maintaining core components of our platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend and frontend architectures for mission-critical applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure data processing, APIs, and third-party services.

• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability in all development efforts.

• Optimize systems for scalability, handling high-traffic loads and distributed environments.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain code quality.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve real-world challenges in

financial tech.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on building large-scale platforms or enterprise-level applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript ), Python, Java, or Go.

• Strong experience with web frameworks like React, Angular, or for frontend, and Express, Django, Flask, or Spring Boot for backend.
• Expertise in database management, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services for storage, computing, and serverless architectures.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Familiarity with security best practices, including encryption, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).

• Experience in integrating payment APIs, handling financial data, or working on fintech projects is highly desirable.

• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and real-time systems.

• Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or building intelligent features in web applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a startup environment with agility.
