The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UIPath RPA Specialist who can join us immediately. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UIPath to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior RPA developers, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions using UIPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UIPath tools.
• Experience in integrating RPA solutions with other software applications and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in UIPath RPA is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or .NET.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in RPA.
