Role Summary

As a UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath. You'll collaborate with business units, delivery teams, and stakeholders to transform manual processes into efficient, stable, and secure automation flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop RPA architectures using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Deploy bots following industry standards and best practices.
• Implement integrations with APIs, enterprise systems, and databases.
• Create technical and functional documentation.
• Debug, maintain, and scale existing automations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and engineering teams.
• Ensure security and compliance across all automations.

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio.
• Proven experience using REFramework.
• UiPath Orchestrator experience (scheduling, queues, assets, monitoring).
• Knowledge in: ○ VB.NET / C# ○ REST/SOAP APIs ○ SQL (basic–intermediate)
• Experience with queues, triggers, assets management.
• Version control experience (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

Nice to Have

• UiPath Associate/Advanced certifications.
• Experience automating processes in BPO, HR, accounting, or supply chain.
• Workflow analysis (BPMN).
• Functional testing experience.
