Job Description

We are looking for a CapCut Specialist with a strong sense of creativity, timing, and visual aesthetics to join our in-house media team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with CapCut and a solid understanding of modern editing styles suited for social media, brand campaigns, and short-form storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos using CapCut (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Add transitions, captions, effects, and sound synchronization to create engaging content
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and storytelling tone across all video outputs
• Stay updated with the latest CapCut features, editing trends, and social media formats
• Manage raw footage, organize files, and ensure smooth workflow from concept to final export

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing using CapCut (Portfolio or sample work required)
• Strong sense of rhythm, music syncing, and visual creativity
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content engagement
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Completed education (minimum Intermediate/Graduate level)
• Must be available for onsite work at our Satellite Town office
• Male candidates preferred
• Students are not eligible to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of brand aesthetics and storytelling
• Experience in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Familiarity with mobile and desktop editing tools
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and deliver polished results
