Xtecsoft Software Development Company is seeking a System Support & CCTV Monitoring Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, and related hardware/software.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth network connectivity.
  • Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware and software problems.
  • Purchase and manage computer accessories, ensuring availability of essential IT supplies.
  • Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, UPS, and generators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards for both IT and electrical systems.
  • Maintain proper logs for IT support and electrical maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and electrical equipment maintenance.

CCTV Monitoring & Security Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure security coverage.
  • Ensure all cameras and recording systems are fully functional and cover designated areas effectively.
  • Identify and report any unusual, suspicious, or emergency situations to management or security staff.
  • Report technical issues related to CCTV systems to the maintenance team or supervisor.
  • Ensure surveillance footage and logs are securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Graduation with 1 to 2 years' Experience
  • Prior experience in IT support, system administration, or surveillance monitoring is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV systems, monitoring software, and recording equipment.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both IT and CCTV systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
