Position: Senior Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer (Microsoft Technologies)

Location: Remote (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (KSA Time)

Work Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server Hybrid environments, including migration projects and Office 365 integrations.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and AD Connect for user identity, authentication, and access management.
  • Maintain and support Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS (internal/external), DHCP, file/print services, and Group Policies.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device lifecycle management and deployment automation.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and enforce security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection via Kaspersky Security Center.
  • Configure and monitor systems using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools to ensure performance, uptime, and capacity planning.
  • Implement and support Microsoft Teams collaboration services and integrations.
  • Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms (preferably BeyondTrust) to ensure secure privileged account usage.
  • Administer Certificate Authority (CA) services and manage the SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle.
  • Support and maintain SQL Server for backend databases and application integrations.
  • Oversee and manage SharePoint infrastructure (on-premises or hybrid).
  • Ensure email archiving, retention, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning to ensure system resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system and application integration.
