We're looking for a
Marketing Associate
to help manage our marketing operations, social media presence, and brand communication for our Brand In this role, you'll be responsible for executing campaigns, handling content and community engagement, and supporting go-to-market activities for our digital insurance products. You'll work closely with the marketing team and leadership to grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement:
    Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to build relationships and improve customer experience.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Coordination:
    Work with the team to develop engaging posts, stories, and promotional materials that align with our brand voice.
  • Brand Presence:
    Manage and grow secondary accounts or partner pages, ensuring consistent communication and brand tone.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and share insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand communication.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for content.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools, analytics, and social media best practices.
