Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in
Lahore
, Pakistan for a Logistics Specialist. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries. They will also be involved in Data analysis, Import procedures, and coordinating with 3PL partners to address any logistical issues. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing logistic data, collaborating with team members, and maintaining communication with 3pl partners to ensure efficient operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily shipments, inventory, and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with
    3PL partners
    to resolve shipment issues and maintain reconciliation.
  • Handle
    import/export and compliance documentation
    for US Customs.
  • Manage
    LTL/FTL shipments
    ,
    cost analysis
    , and
    inventory reconciliation
    .
  • Optimize operations through data-driven decision-making.
  • Create Shipments on multiple platforms such as Amazon/Walmart/EBAY.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2
    Years of experience as a Global Logistics and Warehouse specialist in a US Based Company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Global Certifications such as CLTD is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills for analyzing data and improving logistic processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore in US timings (5pm to 2am)
  • Well versed in Dashboard Reporting. (Looker studio,Power BI.)
  • Experience in minimizing Lead times and manage Risk Mitigation.
  • Well versed with G-sheets, Advance Excel and Power Point
