Remote Office Assistant (Female Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking a female candidate for a remote office assistant position. The ideal applicant should possess strong skills in general office tasks and be proficient in the following:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Preparing quotations and invoices
  • Email communication with clients and vendors
  • Online research and information gathering
  • Keeping reminders of important tasks

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of office procedures

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

This is a work-from-home position
