Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate our chocolate and filling formulations to recommend preservatives, stabilizers, and antioxidants suitable for each recipe.
• Determine accurate quantities and combinations required to extend shelf-life while maintaining taste and quality.
• Identify ingredients that prevent rancidity, microbial growth, and moisture issues in stuffed chocolates.
• Guide on FDA Pakistan / PSQCA-approved food-grade additives and compliance standards.
• Advise on storage and packaging conditions that help retain freshness.
• Provide written formulation feedback, dosage charts, and preservation guidelines for R&D and production teams.
• Key Skills
• Expertise in formulation and preservative optimization.
• Knowledge of confectionery ingredients and food safety standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to provide precise, science-based recommendations for R&D teams.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Compensation

• Freelance / project-based pay, negotiable based on expertise and project scope.
