Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team.

Your main goal will be to find and win design-related projects on Upwork by writing strong proposals, communicating with clients, and managing bids effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and apply for design projects (graphic design, web design, UI/UX, etc.) on Upwork.
  • Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals for each project.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Negotiate project details such as budget and timeline.
  • Keep track of bids, client responses, and project progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and improve bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder in the design industry.
  • Proven track record of generating $1,000–$1,500 USD in projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of design services (graphic, web, UI/UX).
  • Confident, organized, and able to manage multiple bids at once.
