Company Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using 
    Power BI
    , 
    Excel
    , and 
    SQL-based tools
    .
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, clinical research, care management, and finance to deliver data-driven support.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to quality of care, cost efficiency, population health, and utilization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with HIPAA and internal governance standards.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and teams.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and maintain contact lists.
  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation with accuracy.
  • Assist with online research, gathering information, and preparing summaries or reports.
  • Provide administrative support for project coordination, including task tracking and follow-ups.

Candidate Experience:

1.5 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in extracting and analyzing complex healthcare datasets to support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analysis is essential to this role.Translate complex data findings into presentations and reports for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in 
    data analytics
    , preferably in the 
    U.S. healthcare industry
    .
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Excel
    , 
    SQL
    , and 
    Power BI
     including DAX, Power Query.
  • Familiarity with 
    AI-assisted analytics tools
    , such as Power BI Copilot, Excel Analyze Data, ChatGPT, or other NLP-based tools.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare datasets e.g., claims, EHR/EMR, HEDIS, ACO, STAR ratings, Medicare Advantage.
  • Understanding of data privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with tools like 
    Power Automate
    , 
    Azure AI
    , or 
    AI-enabled CRMs
    .
