Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Medical Biller with strong expertise in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing and solid experience across multiple specialties such as cardiology, therapies (physical, occupational, speech), mental health, chiropractic, and general practice. This is an office-based role in Rawalpindi where you will be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle and providing technical billing support during client calls/meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end revenue cycle management: charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, and appeals.
  • Manage billing for DME and a range of specialties (cardiology, therapies, mental health, chiropractic, general practice).
  • Ensure correct coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and compliance with payer rules.
  • Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers.
  • Prepare AR reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Join client meetings alongside management to answer billing-related questions.
  • Coordinate with credentialing and operations teams for smooth provider onboarding.
  • Maintain organized billing records and meet company performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of U.S. medical billing experience.
  • Proven expertise in DME billing.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3–4 specialties (cardiology, therapies, mental health, chiropractic, general practice).
  • Proficiency with payer portals and clearinghouses.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for office work.
