Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Karachi. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns and developing social media content. Daily tasks will include creating, curating, and managing published content, monitoring and responding to users, and building and executing social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination. The role also involves analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Instagram-first initiatives to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing
  • Build and nurture strong online communities
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Creative Team, PR, and Marketing partners
  • Bring bold, creative ideas to life with measurable impact

Social Media Management

  • · Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel,    etc.
  • · Oversee daily posts, reels, stories, and engagement-driven campaigns.
  • · Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning.

Content Creation & Campaigns

· Ideate social media content, influencer collaborations, and video campaigns.

· Work with designers/editors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

· Track performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

Promotions & Engagement

· Plan promotions, bundles, and seasonal offers to boost sales.

· Manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs.

· Build and engage customer communities on WhatsApp & social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor KPIs across platforms and prepare monthly reports.
