About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The candidate should be skilled in creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and developing strategies that drive leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to boost reach and engagement
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Research competitors and industry trends to improve campaigns
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketer
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics tools
  • Creative content writing and designing skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in education/consultancy sector is a plus
