About the Role:

DBL Design Build Live is seeking a highly skilled and creative Professional Videographer & Video Editor to produce impactful visual content for branding, marketing, and project documentation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a modern visual storyteller, and someone who consistently brings fresh ideas to elevate our media output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot high-quality videos using Mobile Phone, DSLR, GoPro, Digital Cameras, and Gimbals.
  • Capture creative visuals for real estate, interior design, and construction projects.
  • Plan, storyboard, and execute professional-level video concepts.
  • Edit videos with advanced transitions, animations, color grading, and sound enhancements.
  • Utilize AI tools for video enhancement, social media reach, and content optimization.
  • Produce reels, promotional videos, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align with campaign goals.
  • Maintain and manage camera gear, lighting, and other production equipment.
  • Experiment with modern videography styles and emerging trends.
  • Deliver high-quality content on time while meeting brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a professional videographer and editor.
  • Expertise in handling mobile videography, DSLR, GoPro, digital cameras, and gimbal operation.
  • Strong command of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
  • Prior experience in real estate, interior design, or construction is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop modern video concepts.
  • Strong understanding of social media content requirements.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for editing, enhancement, and automated workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional videography and editing skills.
  • Direct on-site shoots, manage angles, lighting, and scene setup for optimal results.
  • Capture drone footage (if applicable) for aerial views of projects and sites.
  • Conduct interviews, voiceovers, and guided walkthrough recordings when required.
  • Create story-driven videos that highlight project progress, milestones, and brand identity.
  • Produce time-lapse videos for construction and interior transformation projects.
  • Manage end-to-end production, including planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
  • Organize raw footage and maintain an efficient workflow for editing and archiving.
  • Ensure all content meets platform-specific formatting (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Work closely with the social media team to generate ideas for viral and engaging content.
  • Review analytics and feedback to improve future video strategies.
  • Enhance audio quality using noise reduction techniques and professional sound mixing.
  • Create motion graphics, title animations, and visual effects when needed.
  • Propose creative video concepts based on market trends and competitor research.
  • Adapt content style depending on target audience and marketing goals.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure consistency in color grading and visual style.
