Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Sound Engineering, Audio Production, Film/TV Production, Digital Media, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in audio-visual design, sound engineering, video post-production, or multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create synchronized audio-visual content including voiceovers, effects, motion graphics, transitions, and layered sound arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of studio recording workflows, mic placement, acoustics, noise reduction, and sound optimization techniques.
  • Experience in conducting in-studio or on-site recordings, managing audio equipment, performing sound checks, and ensuring professional-grade capture quality.
  • Ability to design and integrate compelling visuals, animations, and sound elements into videos, explainers, and training modules.
  • Skill in optimizing AV content for LMS, mobile applications, web platforms, and offline delivery formats.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for audio glitches, synchronization issues, rendering errors, or playback problems.
  • Capacity to collaborate with animators, editors, scriptwriters, and instructional designers to ensure cohesive and pedagogically aligned content.
  • Ability to maintain organized digital libraries of audio tracks, sound effects, raw recordings, and visual assets for reuse.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring audio clarity, volume balance, pacing, and accessibility standards (including captions/subtitles).
