Job description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies and will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community engagement.
  • Optimize company pages on different social media platforms to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and design engaging visual content.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Respond to queries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Two-years experience with Graduation.
  • A level and O level (preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent listening skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
