Position: Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Intern

Location: Rawalpindi

Department: E-Commerce / Digital Marketing

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Intern to support our team in managing online marketing campaigns, social media activities, and e-commerce operations. The role provides exposure to both marketing execution and e-commerce management, including handling order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) including content scheduling and publishing.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and content ideas.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Support in managing the Shopify store (product listings, pricing, inventory updates).
  • Process online customer orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status, returns, and cancellations to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain reports for online sales and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in responding to order-related queries and resolving issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
